Refund policy

At Chaos Control Tower, we want you loving your gear, not fighting with it. If something's off, we'll make it right.

We offer refunds for:

• Items sent incorrectly
• Damaged or defective products

Refund requests need to come in within 30 days of purchase — after that, we're out of the tower's jurisdiction.

To request one, email us at support@chaosct.com with your order number and what went wrong.
